Outdoor Ice Rinks -Closed for the Season

Greenwood Park and KTH Park outdoor ice rinks are closed for the season due to warm temperatures. We look forward to welcoming everyone back next year.

Crosswalk at William Street and Main Street Closed

The crosswalk located at the intersection of William Street and Main Street has been closed until further notice.

The overhead crosswalk sign was damaged by a transport truck on March 7, 2025. Staff are currently working on having it repaired.

During this closure use the crosswalk at the traffic lights at Owen Sound Street and Main Street.

Spring Thaw Notice

Be Prepared for Spring Thaw!

Rising temperatures and forecasted rain mean melting snow. Stay ahead with these simple steps:

Check your eaves, downspouts, and gutters to ensure they are clear of debris.
Test your sump pump to confirm it’s in working order.
Inspect the catch basins near your property to make sure they are free of debris and ice.
Exercise caution near stormwater management ponds.
Sign up for flood alerts from local conservation authorities (NVCA / GRCA / CVC)
Report flooding on public roads by reporting a concern online.
