TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Shelburne passed Development Charge By-laws No. 45-2025 and No. 46-2025 on the 10^th day of November 2025, under Section 2 of the Development Charges Act, 1997 (the Act).

Town Hall will be closed October 29, 2025 and will reopen on October 30, 2025.

Residents are invited to join Shelburne Town Council for a presentation of the draft 2026 Operating and Capital Budgets.

Due to the nationwide strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), Canada Post has suspended all mail and parcel delivery services. As a result, the Town of Shelburne will not be receiving any mail during this disruption.

Shelburne, ON — The Town of Shelburne is reaffirming its commitment to road safety in response to recent comments by Premier Doug Ford suggesting that automated speed enforcement (ASE) is a “cash grab” and that Ontario municipalities should end their use.
