Mayor Wade Mills, on behalf of the Council of the Town of Shelburne, proclaims Wednesday, April 22nd, as: "Shelburne Rotary Day", in the Town of Shelburne, and I urge all citizens to recognize the many contributions Shelburne Rotary  has made to our community and commend the club for a wonderful heritage and a bright future.

Flag raising is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. April 22 at Jack Downing Park.

The Town of Shelburne’s Touch a Truck event is happening on Saturday, May 23 at the Operations Yard.  This free community event is an opportunity for kids to get up close with a variety of vehicles and chat with the people that operate them.

In partnership with the Museum of Dufferin, BookLore, and Small Town Big Ideas, acclaimed Canadian author Antonio Michael Downing will be visiting on Saturday, April 25, 2026, for an afternoon of conversation, storytelling, and literary insight.
